Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping is $19.99 for merchandise orders up to $150. Standard shipping is free on merchandise orders over $150. Rates are applied at checkout; see our shipping policy.
Can you create a custom design?
Yes. Contact us with your inspiration, colors, size, budget and occasion. We will confirm the design, price and timing before you place a custom order. Start a custom request.
Will my order arrive before my event?
Contact us before ordering for a specific wedding, birthday or event date. Production and transit time depend on the design and destination; entering an event date is a request, not a delivery guarantee.
Can I include a gift message?
Use the gift message or order notes field where available, or contact us with your order number and requested message.
Do you rent wedding flowers?
Our current collection is sold to keep. Rentals are not available at this time.
How should I care for my flowers?
Keep them indoors, away from direct sunlight, moisture and open flames. Dust gently and do not water. Read our care guide.
