A little care helps artificial floral arrangements stay beautiful. Always follow any care instructions supplied with your specific piece.
Artificial and silk flowers
- Display indoors, away from direct sunlight, high heat and humidity.
- Dust gently with a soft, dry brush or microfiber cloth.
- Do not water the arrangement or submerge it in liquid.
- Support stems and decorations when moving your arrangement.
Decorative flower cakes and gifts
Floral cakes are decorative gifts, not edible cakes. Keep decorative flowers, small accessories and packaging away from young children and pets. Keep floral materials away from flames, including gift candles.
After unpacking
Unpack carefully and retain protective packaging while checking your order. If a piece arrives with a concern, photograph the item and packaging and contact sale@fairypetal.us with your order number.
